You don't need to work harder—you need to understand what's working against you.

Executive Leadership Coaching Services

Every coaching engagement starts with a mutual-fit conversation—not a sales call. We explore whether we're a good match, which offering serves your goals, and what success would actually look like for you.

From there, the work begins: identifying the blind spots that could sabotage your best efforts and building the internal leadership capacity that matches your external ambitions.

Because powerful leadership starts with personal clarity.

Success isn't sustainable in today's market without emotional intelligence leadership. And leadership isn't powerful unless it's personal.

This work is by application only—not because it's exclusive, but because it requires readiness for strategic intervention, not formulaic programs.

This Coaching is for:

You've already proven you can deliver. Now it's about who you're becoming as a leader—and how to grow without burning out, shrinking back, or playing small.

Essential Foundation for Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

The Grounded Leadership™ Group

This specialized framework addresses both the strategic challenges of transformation and the fear-based obstacles that show up during massive change. The work blends Grounded Leadership™ principles with IT-specific challenges, helping you lead the transformation—not just manage the technology.

The Approach:

Technical expertise got you here. What's next requires a different kind of leadership.

As AI automates more technical functions, your value as a leader shifts from what you can do to how you can lead. The leaders who thrive aren't fighting the disruption—they're developing the distinctly human capacities that AI can't replicate: strategic thinking, team trust-building, emotional intelligence, and the courage to lead through uncertainty.

The Scout to Sage Framework helps IT leaders navigate this shift—moving from reactive problem-solver (Scout) to strategic visionary (Sage).

WHO THIS IS FOR:
IT leaders who are:
  • Preparing for or adjusting to expanded leadership responsibility
  • Leading teams through significant technological transformation
  • Facing increasing pressure to be strategic, not just technical
  • Recognizing that emotional intelligence is now their competitive advantage

For IT Leaders navigating Industry Disruption

Scout to Sage Framework

This specialized framework addresses both the strategic challenges of transformation and the fear-based obstacles that show up during massive change. The work blends Grounded Leadership™ principles with IT-specific challenges, helping you lead the transformation—not just manage the technology.

The Approach:

Not every coach is the right match. That's why we begin with a 45-minute mutual fit conversation—not a pitch.

This is a strategic conversation where we explore:
- Whether we're a good fit to work together
- Which offering best serves your current goals (Private coaching? The Group? Scout to Sage?)
- What success would actually look like for you

You'll get a sense of my approach, I'll get a sense of where you're headed, and together we'll decide on the right next step—even if that's not working together.

If I'm not the right fit, I'll gladly point you toward someone who is. If another path serves you better right now, I'll tell you that too.

Because coaching only works when the fit is right.

Lets' find out what makes sense for you

How it Works

Both paths build the same foundation—clarity, courage, and the capacity to lead without self-sabotage. The difference is in how you prefer to work.

Not Sure Where to Start?
The Groundwork Group is designed for exactly this moment. Join for one month. Experience the work. Meet other leaders navigating similar challenges. If it clicks, stay. If it doesn't, you'll still walk away with clarity about what you need next—and there's no pressure to continue.

This is how you find out if we're a good fit: by working together.  Having said that, let's have a conversation that prepares you for whichever you choose: Group or Private Executive Coaching

Already Know This is Right?

If you're in active transition—promotion pending, new role starting, or facing a leadership challenge that can't wait—private coaching spots are available now. I work with a limited number of private clients per quarter to keep the work focused and personal.

Saying Yes to your next role means saying yes to personal growth.
