The Groundwork Group offers 4 group opportunities each month, two instructive group coaching sessions, and two office hour group sessions for further integration of the subject matter. Great for building emotional leadership skills alongside other professionals doing the same work. It's ideal for ongoing development without the intensity (or investment) of private coaching.
Many clients start with the Groundwork Group to experience the work, then move to private coaching when they're facing a specific transition. Both paths work—it depends on your timeline and how you learn best."
